Our consulting team has extensive experience facilitating and project managing development approvals across a wide spectrum of residential and commercial developments. We assist clients from the outset with due diligence investigations, throughout the approval process and onto to construction and completion of the project. We have coordinated and managed various development applications including minor variances and severances through Committee of Adjustment, plan of subdivision approval and plan registration, site plan approval and plan of condominium approval and condo plan registration.
Mid-Rise Residential Condominium
Etobicoke, Ontario
On behalf of Royal Park Homes managed site plan and zoning approvals for B-Line Condos, a 6-storey mid-rise residential condominium containing 81 units on Brown’s Line in south-Etobicoke. The Zoning By-law Amendment was approved in July 2018 and Site Plan Approval was issued in October 2018. We have applied for Condominium approval with registration of the condominium plan by year’s end as building occupancy commences.
Gibraltar Road
Vaughan, Ontario
Recently obtained Site Plan Approval and Plan of Condominium registration for a multi-unit industrial building located on Gibraltar Road in the Huntington Business Park at the northwest corner of Highways 407 and 427 in Vaughan. Construction of the building was completed in 2019 and the building is now fully occupied.
Multi-Unit Industrial Conversion
Brampton, Ontario
On behalf of Takol Real Estate we managed site plan approval and condominium registration to convert an employment use building in Brampton. The existing 13-unit building has been converted from rental tenure to condominium ownership. Condo registration took place in January 2020 and the building is now fully occupied.
